「My true discontent was no irons; only steamers. Not evem one when requested. Because of this, I will never stay at this location again. The steamer should be the optional preference, not an iron. This is not a cruise, it's a hotel. When you have multiple things to iron, a steamer is not conducive nor the appropriate accommodation. Pleanty of parking; some staff were off-putting. 」

「Water pressure in shower was weak, no fan in bathroom. One of the three elevators were down so it made things a little challenging. But these are the worst things. THE staff was wonderful, the bed was super comfortable, location was really good. I would definitely stay here again!!」

「The hotel is well situated right off I40. The breakfast is ok. Needs to have more of a variety and freshness. Like fresh eggs and fruit! Too many carbs for my taste. The elevator broke on the last day. Felt bad for housekeeping and the handicapped. Had an incident with front desk clerk that told us to keep our two year old grandson quiet because she could not concentrate. He was excited to see us but was not misbehaving. He’s only a baby!!!! She had the nerve to say that to us, but yet...
