「The experience is good. The location is very good, shopping and dining are convenient, the front desk is fast, the room has no odor, the location is easy to find, and there is free wireless internet. 「I’ve stayed here a couple times it was late when I got in. It was difficult to even get a cup of tea and the person at the desk acted like she was annoyed. The place is clean. The beds are comfortable. I keep coming back for that one reason otherwise I wouldn’t stay there. Staff should get an attitude adjustment. . Staff should get a attitude adjustment. 」

「I could connect to the Hotel's WIFI, but the WIFI connection to the internet was terrible. OK to read email. but not good enough to do any real work from my room.
Also, as a pet friendly Hotel there should be a dog walk area.」

「Sweet spot on the mighty Merrimac river. Great location. Walk over the bridge to Newburyport. Stayed off season. Room was clean, nicely furnished. No staff onsite, that I was aware of. Code was emailed, and let ourself in.」
