「The front desk staff was AMAZING BEAUTIFUL ROOM Only small issue the boiler for hotel was too small - not enough hot water gift the tub - at 3 am it was hot enough - telling not strong enough or needs to be hottestat peak times - other than that an amazing property!!」

Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. 「Very centrally located, easy walking area on 16th Mall to Union Station, then in opposite direction to Cultural and government centers. The staff was excellent and friendly and helpful. Lots of restaurants in the area too. 」
