「I would like to appreciate a lady, Miss Molly, she is so nice and always try to help me. If I go there next time, I will stay there again.」

「they have what you may need.」

「Good」

「clean and confort, friendly staff」

「wifi policy is very bad, why they asked customer to provide so much information? 」

「很好」

「Staff is really helpful, and the place is clean.」

「Outside of our window, we had a full view of Stacked up old mattresses, old furniture, All kinds of garbage. Not a good look.」

「This stay was the last checkpoint for our Midwest trip, the room itself was pretty nice, very cozy. but there are several unsatisfactory points. the pillow quality was really bad, it doesn't have a microwave. the bathroom has exhaust fans but does not work, We did contact guest service, and they did come, He looked around and told us that the bathroom itself did not have an exhaust fan.(yet there is literally a visible fan on top of them?) pretty unhappy since we had to stay there for 9 days.」

「The heating unit in our room was not functioning. There seemed to be only one very tired staffer in the facility, and she made some ineffectual attempts to deal with the problem. She first said we couldn't get a different room (without explaining why), but later backed off.」
