「The hotel had lots of character. We couldnt fault the room. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The little touches like fresh milk and drinks in the fridge on arrival. Packed lunch every mornimg of our stay. Ideal location for exploring. The pianist in the restaurant in the evening was lovely.The food was very good.」

「We had a great stay at this historic hotel. Check in/check out was smooth. Great breakfast selection with hearty portion. Room is clean and bed is just the right firmness that you can wake up rejuvenated without backache. We also like how they stock plenty of welcome drinks and snacks in room to give us coziness to wind down in the cool weather.」

「First time stayed here accidentally found to stay for a night after Indonesian Christmas party local to the hotel. I and my husband were amazed on how the big room is and the amenities for the price. I love it and we lock it to our favourite hotel lists to revisit next year. Thank you 」

「Very helpful receptionist on arrival, nice warm comfortable room (very comfortable bed) good selection at breakfast, overall a very good one night stay.. The only observation for future customers is that if travelling by public transport as i was the hotel is not easy to find, having said that i would definately use this hotel again.」

「A quick stopover 」

「Nobody told me there's activity beside Hotel. All road block and we can't access to hotel after dinner. The road resume almost at 10pm and we spend 2 hours wait outside. Its troublesome to my family. I must complaint to IHS office for the negligence of Hotel staff.」

「The room was great. We stayed in 1A. Clean and spacious. Just needs a mirror in the room so you dont have to stand with bathroom door open when drying hair. Breakfast was yummy. Plenty of continental to choose from. Staff very courteous and professional. 」
