「Beautiful spot. Quiet but close to everything. 」

「We enjoyed our stay at Barncastle! Really changed our views of Bed and Breakfasts. Didn't realize that a place could be both quaint and gorgeous *and* have modernized amenities and be comfortable! We would love to come stay again. Lizzie was so kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay!」

「I stayed a total of four nights. The place was very clean and quiet (my room was towards the back), though the motel was full. I did not rent a car, there were two shuttle pick-up spots within walking distance. In the evening, shuttle drivers would drop me off right by the property when I gave them advanced notice. Very conveniently located. Helen (the owner) is very nice and shared interesting story and useful trip information of the area. I enjoyed my stay there. 」

「Very nice, private cottage. Dog friendly, so glad my son could bring his dog. Close to Park and Bar Harbor, far enough to be outside the busy areas. House was clean, had all amenities needed. Would recommend! Thank you!!」

「Very nice, clean, new, good towels, great new on the outskirts of Hancock. I extended my stay a couple of extra days and they were very accommodating. I will stay here again. 」

「It was a few blocks walk from the main streets which was a great location. Staff was exceedingly helpful. Mackenzie spent a great deal of time with us planning our day at Acadia Park. The breakfast frittata was great - had it twice.」
