「The water was cold, I stayed 4 days. Requested my room to be serviced no one came. Requested service the next day from house keeping. No one never came. The a/c wasn’t working properly. The only thing that was good was the breakfast. I did speak with the front desk. They didn’t have any clean towels. I spoke with a manager via text. She said she would follow up. I haven’t heard anything else.」

「The entire hotel was perfect for our stay. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and our stay was outstanding. The entire place appeared new. The room was spacious and the breakfast hit the spot. We would highly recommend. The area new the hotel has a few shops and establishments that you can walk to and is adjacent to the baseball stadium.」

「Room was clean. There was no toilet paper holder, no in room coffee maker. It looked like they were trying to do some renovation. Overall it was an ok experience.」

「I will most definitely be staying here again. I really enjoyed my stay and wished this trip was longer. First off the breakfast was amazing. My kids really enjoyed the food. Secondly the pool was the highlight of my kids trip. They wanted to be in there the minute it opened at 10am. Staff was very kind and courteous. Lori was awesome and (I forgot his name) he’s Jamaican and he helped cleaning the pool was very kind. I’ll definitely be back here for a longer stay.」

「The rooms are highly sprayed with disinfectant spray. I could hardly breathe when i opened the door. Needless to say we left and did not stay the night because even our clothes smelled like it. Discusting experience. Parking was fine.」
