「Lovely clean room , dinner and breakfast was wonderful.」

「Rooms where clean and well maintained. Sadly food was poor, we ate in the restaurant on the first evening, one meal was over cooked while my lamb was very chewey. Breakfast on day 2 was poor, they said it would be cooked to order but it looked and tasted like it had come from the buffet they had just cleared from a coach party. The staff were variable some abrupt and others went through the motions but werent enjoying their jobs??!」

「room was spotless ,hotel gardens where beautiful, dinner and breakfast was amazing.reason for 3 star rating was given due to reception staff not dealing with our complaint of having no hot water when showering before dinner and was not much better the following morning.」

「small , well equipped, we'll worth the visit」

「Staff were all lovely and also excited to greet our toddler. Lodges were incredibly cozy, worth booking less so in the summer as heating options were available but no cooling options if it's a particularly hot season. Hot tub was great to relax in after day trips out or if with children and dropping them off at the soft play facility (look to book a time slot in advance). Pool and gym facilities were well kept and had good options. A specific bit of praise to Helenann from the cafe for...

「Great property- very helpful and friendly staff . Would definitely stay there again if I was in the area .」

「We've booked a room with 2 double beds for a family trip. The room is just right and the kettle and cups were put next to the bed. The locatio is great. There're lots of cafe and restqurants around. It took about 10 min to wall to the Qeent Street Station and the Central Station.」

「Great location at a good price. My only gripe was a reading lamp at side of bed which was needing replaced or fixed came on at 3am and woke me」

「couldn’t fault it. lovely clean room, good food , outside area very well maintained and plenty of parking. would stay again.」

「客房整潔舒適，早餐食物種類豐富好味。」

「Lovely night spent here. Has lovely atmosphere and real quality. Feels like you are in a much more expensive hotel. All staff were friendly and the food was great. Will definetly be back.」

「room was nice on the whole, but the lights went off from time to time as they was a motion sensor timer. It means that if you want to lie in bed to read or spend too much time in the toilet, maybe 20 mins, the lights would go off suddenly. In one morning, there was no hot water for shower, but the problem had been fixed when I went back at night. Other than these, the hotel is very conveniently located and clean.」

「The room was beautiful, the bathroom was luxurious and clean. The staff particularly Debbie was very welcoming and friendly, just perfect for who you’d want as front of house staff. The breakfast had a great variety whether you wanted hot or cold food just help yourself! Tea and coffee was served to you making it feel more personal. The gardens were immaculate, the gardener clearly puts a lot of time and effort into it. There was good parking accessible and easy to everyone.」
