「This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking. This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn. Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. 「This is a great hotel, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Its great having a bath and seperate walk in shower. What really sets this hotel apart are the fabulous leisure facilities that can be accessed and the price is included in the cost of the hotel booking - not an extra add on. 」

「The hotel is great! Staff are helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff are impeccable! Kudos to management because they run a well oiled machine. The food is amazing. My compliments to the chef! The only thing we didn’t care for were the glass walls around the bathroom. Even with traveling with my husband, I’d still like a little privacy in the bathroom. It made our 2 night stay a little uncomfortable. Zero privacy using the toilet. Everything else was wonderful!! 」

Mary and Lorna (forgive me if I didn’t remember her name correctly) made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I had the incredible opportunity to attend their Murder Mystery Dinner and no detail was left untouched- the food, the company, the service and overall experience was a 12/10. Cannot wait to book a trip back to stay here again! 」

「Very swanky, nicely equipped, good staff. Our only complaint was that the bed wasn't very comfy and didn't match the quality of the hotel which was otherwise stellar. Free breakfast was decent with the option to order made to order breakfast for a charge if you wanted.」
