「This trip is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. Each time has been same. Consistent. The only thing I found which could improve is the complimentary breakfast. The coffee cups should be swapped out for mugs and the bakery goods could be fresher. I have one suggestion re the mattresses. They should be flipped or at least rotated once or twice a year. Everyone uses the beds as sofas, so the edges are well worn and making the beds less comfortable for sleeping. This situation is...

「The room was very outdated. Had a bit of a musty smell. The windows were strange, they opened inwards and they were taped closed except for one. The screen needed to be cleaned. However the bathroom was very clean and bright and the bedding was also clean and fresh so for a place to crash for one night it will do.」
