Coffee machine is broken. Called receptionist to send someone to look at it, we were told someone will come up but no one did till we check out at 11am. Knowing it’s Christmas Day and most stores are close outside. So horrible service. They could have taken that coffee machine and change it, so at least we have coffee before we go since no breakfast included with our stay.

You must know that it's quite difficult to get guests to leave a review voluntarily unless you do something exceptionally well. Otherwise, guests often lack the motivation to write. But it's different for negative reviews. When guests have problems to complain about, reviews come naturally. But all of this could have been easily resolved, but your staff chose to make things worse. We brought a rather expensive makeup mirror with us, but when we were on our way back, we suddenly realized we had left it behind. So over the past few days, we called several times for help. Each time, the front desk collected our specific information and promised to get back to us later, but then there was no response. We had to call again and explain the incident and provide our specific information. And in the end, when we asked the front desk how they could guarantee a reply, they simply hung up the phone. I really can't give a good feedback on this service system.

The room was brand new but it wasn’t the same standard as the living water condos across the street. These rooms seemed more economy grade. Also, there was no dishes, cutlery, dish soap, tea towels or kettle provided in the kitchenette. This was very surprising to us as they are provided at the living water. The building is under construction and we could hear the contractors working above us. Not sure we would stay there again.

Loud kids all day/night. Customer service at front desk was not friendly. The one lady was nice but the other man seemed to not care about my complaints. Will not be coming back. Wish I went somewhere else.

Very little was offered for the price we paid. It was not a "resort" experience (maximum a 2-star hotel). Service was poor, the lobby was constantly dirty because of the snowy conditions. Even though there were signs indicating "recreation rooms", when we asked, they said that there was no recreation room. Our washroom was locked when we checked in, and even when I asked for repair, nobody showed up (I needed to figure it out by myself). Not enough towels for our room, and when I tried to call the reception, the phone did not work. Sorry for sharing an honest review, but we were expecting something better from what we received. Maybe during the summer, they offer better services.

The room was in poor condition, front desk was set up at main doors so it was cold waiting to check in. The shoeer was bot clean, there was no wedding for our pull out couch, even though we had 4 people on our reservation. It took over an hour to get ahold of front desk to bring bedding. All of tge entrances were closed and only main entrance opened, so it was a longer walk in the very cold slushy weather to get to and from vehicle and room. We were disappointed with our stay. We gave stayed at their waterfront resort many times and always had a great experience, so we were not expecting a budget hotel experience with the price we paid.

We had a very bad experience during our hotel stay. We tried to cancel our reservation, but the front desk staff member was extremely rude and gave us a lot of attitude. Because of this poor treatment, we are requesting a full refund.
