"Check in was a little hectic something happened with our reservation. Front desk was awesome. Very busy. Amenities were not listed anywhere since check in was hectic we were anxious to let the people behind us check in. Not sure where anything was. Was very excited about the roof top but that was a bust. The help up there was not friendly at all. They were out of things she was happier not making a sale then suggesting something else. Only went up there once which was a bummer it was nice and would have liked to enjoy it more. Everything was nice not sure if we will be back to the graduate. "

"The staff was helpful and friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. I was able to hear a little bit of noise from the hallway, but it wasn’t too disruptive. Parking was free and convenient to the hotel, which was nice. I did not try the breakfast, so I can’t speak to that. I would stay here again if I was visiting Staunton. "

She made an excellent Passionfruit martini and was a wealth of information about the local area. We will definitely stay here when we're in the area again."
