「Perfect for my family of four with two small dogs. Very clean and the staff looked and acted like they enjoyed and took pride in their work. Also nice was that the surrounding area was maintained and safe. Nothing sketchy about the neighborhood. We’ll definitely re-book there again.」

「Second floor room no elevator. Traveling with my mom who doesn't get around very well. She was able to make the stairs but had a hard time. The stairway is out side and very dirty. I asked for a towel and got the third degree. We had 3 people in our room and only 2 towels. There was something in the shower looked like pee. We stayed 3 nights never once hurd a vacuum going when they were up cleaning..? Rooms seem to have thick walls didn't hear much nice outside. The balcony was nice. Beds were...

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」

「Clean rooms with an awesome breakfast and also provided to go bags for those who were moving in the fast lane. Staff was great. Check in was a breeze. The only issue was the air and they took care of it asap. Although the air decided to go on the fritz again as we were leaving. Otherwise a pleasant experience. 」
