"The staff were absolutely wonderful, they were so friendly and helpful. The staff at breakfast and lunch in the white hart were really helpful when I accidentally knocked a drink over. Also they were cooking more sausages at breakfast and the lady brought them to the table for us, which was really helpful meaning we didn’t have our food cold. "

"The hotel in some areas like the bar and staircase is absolutely stunning, however a compact room is very standard. I stayed for 5 nights and I felt as if the compact rooms get abandoned, I would always see the superior rooms getting cleaned but I had to chase up housekeeping most days. The bin in my room was absolutely tiny which is why I needed housekeeping everyday as it fills up quickly. Secondly, the condensation was bad from showering so I could see speckles of mould on the bathroom...
