「Hotel constantly tries to upsell - get spammed with emails before arrival about add ons. Was told at reception on arrival at 1.30pm that the room was ready, but hotel policy was that I couldn’t be given the key until 3pm. Asked for luggage storage and was directed to take my suitcase down a flight of stairs and then had to pay a further fee for luggage storage. Unfriendly staff - there are better options around, so don’t bother here.」

「We booked a deluxe double and it’s on the top floor. The room is spacious, clean, seems newly renovated with great comfy queen size bed. The hotel is located in close proximity to many attractions such as Grand Place, Mon de Arts, Museums, Cathedral and heaps of eateries and shops around. The hotel staff are wonderful, helpful and friendly. We had a great stay here and will definitely come back in our future Brussel trip.」

「This is going to be my first bad review and the only reason I’m going to do this it’s because I don’t want other people going through a situation similar to mine. The two days I’d stayed at one of the studios I have people coming in without me knowing it. It seemed like maintenance people or cleaning staff showed up to the studio 2 and I was never notified. 「There is a kitchen in it so its quite convenient for people who wants to save money. The staff were nice and willing to help when you have some problems. The breakfast is quite good.」
