The staff was courteous and the hotel lobby area is nice. My gripe with this hotel was my room. The “carpet” was dirty (I don’t believe they vacuum) and the bathroom was less than desirable due to the stains in the bathtub, chipped tile & a broken stopper.

We loved the hotel!! Easy check in, helpful, friendly staff, and a fun bar area with a pool table and shuffle board available!!! The area was very walkable to the shopping street, Grand Place, and public transport. I definitely recommend this hotel to all!!

Great stay in Brussels

A great hotel which was centrally located for all the tourist sites, shopping and public transport. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were happy with our room but the bed was a bit firm for our taste and it became really hot in the room at night. Great place to stay for a couple of nights in Brussels.
