We had a lovely stay at Urban yard, clean comfortable rooms, very helpful staff and a good selection at breakfast. Abdul on reception was extremely helpful. The only negative would be that the location isn't very nice but it is close to the station.

Very overpriced. Mediocre Internet connexion and bad communication (we all are french speakers). I got interrupted 3 times in less than 15min while in an online meeting yet I clearly asked for no room cleaning service that day. Very bad insonorisation. You hear the outside as well as the people in the corridor loudly. Very low standard hotel unfortunately. Not worth the high price I paid.

Todo el personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Tuvimos un problema con la habitación que nos habían asignado al llegar… el sofá cama no era nada cómodo y a las 2 o 3 de la mañana que no podíamos dormir les avisamos y de inmediato nos cambiaron de habitación. El rumbo no es de lo mejor, pero está a 15 minutos del centro, a 8 minutos de la estación de trenes y a dos minutos de una estación del metro. Muy cómodo, limpio, seguro y sin ruido.

The hotel itself is wonderful. Friendly staff, clean and fantastic ambiance. The location is close to the train station which makes it convenient; however, it is not in the ‘safest’ area. We had no issues, but did not feel safe walking around the hotel at night.

Rigtig fint hotel. Lige uden for centrum, men 3 minutters gang fra Metro stationen ‘Lemonnier’ som tager dig helt ind i centrum på få minutter. Hotellet er ret og pænt. Vi boede på Botanist værelset, som en okay størrelse til en familie på tre personer. Vi fik ikke morgenmad.

Expérience inacceptable du début à la fin. À notre arrivée, l’hôtel nous remet une première chambre (n°411). En entrant, nous découvrons que la chambre est déjà occupée, avec un sac appartenant à un autre client à l’intérieur. C’est un manquement extrêmement grave, tant sur le plan de la sécurité que de la gestion des clients. Après réclamation, une seconde chambre (n°111) nous est attribuée. Dès l’accueil, le réceptionniste nous déconseille fortement de nous garer devant l’hôtel, évoquant la présence de personnes « louches ». Lorsqu’un hôtel reconnaît lui-même un problème de sécurité aux abords immédiats, cela en dit long. La nuit est un cauchemar : chaleur étouffante, bruit constant, impossibilité d’aérer correctement. Le matin, nous découvrons que la chambre est totalement privée de lumière naturelle, la fenêtre donnant sur une cour intérieure sombre et fermée. Après ce cumul de dysfonctionnements et le manquement initial majeur, nous refusons de changer encore de chambre et quittons l’établissement. Malgré des preuves (photos) et une situation manifestement non conforme, aucun remboursement n’a été accordé, l’hôtel se retranchant derrière une politique “non remboursable”. Remettre une chambre déjà occupée, reconnaître des problèmes de sécurité et vendre des chambres sans lumière naturelle sans l’indiquer est indigne d’un établissement hôtelier. À éviter absolument. Hôtels.com est désolé et ne propose aucune solution non plus donc je ne recommande pas ce site non plus
