「Loved it so close to the Ark. About a 10 min walk down and up the hill if you want to save the $15 parking fee at the Ark」

「Hotel was good and being next to the encounter made it very convenient. Rooms were good, could have just used a quick vacuum in the corners where stuff collects. Breakfast started at 6 which was great, but it wasn’t the greatest the day we were there. Would recommend staying here if doing the Ark encounter. Can stay parked there when doing the encounter instead of paying double at the encounter.」

「It was handycap friendly with parking accomodations put the restroom and show was at the top of a very steep hill」

「No coffee pot ,only a toaster,fridge was frozzen up ,tub was dirty, not enough hot water to fill the jet tub. Bad smell when we open the door ,had to air it out ,no extra blanket ,no hangers , no restrant on site. Was told to go to truck stop , we check it out ,it did not like a good place to eat . it all need to be updated all over in side and out . will not be back there again . 」

「Room clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast had pretty good options. Staff helpful of my initial faulty room card. Parking little difficult to find due to increase congestion in vehicles and work trucks parked there.」

「Booked a suite via a third-party booking agent. Paid full price and when we arrived at the hotel the room was not available. The hotel was unable to refund the difference」

「Our room overlooked a nasty trash filled roof -kept heavy blinds closed. I feel the bathtub/shower was quite unsafe - it is so narrow and slippery. I also rinsed it out before stepping into it - looked like sand/pebbles in it. The beds are comfortable (except my short older friend had trouble climbing in to bed due to height of bed). The pillows were quite lumpy. The room was clean, the staff ok, and the breakfast was good. Good location, for the $ (had a suite), I would probably come back for...
