「I was here for a five-day ski trip, really great hotel to stay. Zermatt is a costly place, and this hotel a great choice if you want to find a cost the value of the money. It’s comfortable, clean and spacious. Location of the hotel is very convenient. Not a long walk from the train station. A little bit stairs for the shortcut, comparing to other hotels on the hill top, it’s not a big deal. In addition, not far away from the gondola and town center. I love getting little chocolate treat...

「Everything amazing! Besides having to walk 20min from the gondola to get there (downhill so easy walk). The place is definitely worth the walk. Best view, best food, relaxed and courteous hospitality. The hotel was not fully booked so they let us leave at 6pm, at no cost! Disclosure: the walk is not necessary if you get there at 8am or 5pm. During open slopes is not possible. 」

「There is a pickup-delivery service to main train stations. Which is very convenient. Good location, all the staffs were so friendly and helpful , very clean and tidy, up to date rooms with views, well designed, comfy beds, delicious breakfast, at an affordable price.
