I booked this for an overnight stay for our journey to Italy the next morning. The hotel has a great location by the train station, very clean and quiet. Perfect stay

Perfect stay for two nights. Location - 5 mins from the station and also town centre. Staff friendly and welcoming. Room comfortable and neat, fully equipped with everything required. Breakfast buffet selection plentiful and high quality ingredients. Would definitely stay for future visits to Brig.

a real find at a major railway interchange

very late arrival due to Cornergrat railway closure (spent 3hours trapped at 3000 feet!) was quickly checked in with still time to eat in the excellent restaurant. nice small room but with every facility. scrummy brekky with smoked salmon bacon & eggs- recommended

Friendly, clean and well located

Great hotel only 3-4 mins walk from the train station and 3-4 mins from the town centre. It is well maintained and spotlessly clean throughout. The lady on reception was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. My only minor issue is that the room was very warm, even with the heating off and window open all night. Great for winter, not so good for summer. But I would still happily stay here again.

Fantastic location - a 5 min flat walk to Brig Rail/Bus station and a slightly uphill walk to the town centre and Schlossalpenstock. Perfect for our plans for daily train trips (Brig has mainline connections across Switzerland and to Italy and is a station on the Glacier Express route from Zermatt to Andermatt, Chur and St Moritz). The dining areas offered a great selection of high quality options for breakfast and evening meals. All of the staff were professional, friendly and helpful and are clearly a great team. We chose the economy rooms and these were smaller than other rooms in the hotel but were still well equipped with really comfortable beds, en-suite shower room, TV, coffee machine and minibar and thoughtful touches such as a multi-country adaptor plug in the room and toothrbush/toothpaste in the shower room. My only minor issue (as a larger person!) was the shower cubicle entrance was very narrow - but, once inside, the shower was hot and powerful.

The staff was so helpful and friendly! Anna, AndI, and Phillip made our stay so enjoyable. The restaurant food was amazing too and the hotel rooms were spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back to Brig and will stay here for sure!

Brig is a beautiful town and we are so blessed to be able to stay in this friendly hotel just 5 mins walk from the train station. We were made to feel welcome from when we arrived. I hope to visit again.
