「This property is a little gem. Great location near Farringdon station and very good cafes and eateries. Apartment was lovely and fully equipped. Communication excellent 」

「Lucky find. 20minutes from Covent Garden walking. Holborn and Chancery Lane tube stations 10 minute walk. Easy check in. Spoke to friendly bar staff who immediately checked us in. Lovely, clean large room. Very comfy bed with lovely bed linen. No breakfast tea and not enough milk but we could have easily asked in the bar if we were that bothered. "Receptionists and other staff are friendly. The decoration is good except the ventilation of the bathroom is poor. Location of the hotel is good. You can get there by metro easily and may find many restaurants nearby."

Be careful if you are sensitive to noise.

"I'm very concerned with the sleeping quality that I can get in a hotel so this hotel is between 3 to 4 out of 5 for me. The bedding is very comfortable and the room is very decent and clean. The only downside is that the wall and door are really too thin, and that the hotel is busy with people in and out. The door when closed would create a loud noise capable of waking everyone up. You can hear the music and conversation of the adjacent room easily. Also, the cleansing staff, although having done a great job in cleaning, was really creating loud noise when they clean (including slamming the door of the cleaning room). Despite putting up "do not disturb" sign outside my room, the staff knocked on my door at 9:20a.m. just to confirm if I need housekeeping service. This is simply too annoying and stressful for a quiet enjoyment of the room."

"Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. "
