「Hotel was great, but we did not realized how far it is from Tampa (that's not a problem with HOTEL, but with Expedia Search Engine that does not allow user to select MAX distance from certain areas (like Downtown, Airport, cruise terminal,..) and eliminate all that exceeds that limit. That caused us to book great hotel in a wrong place. Again - Hotel was great.」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」
