「Continental breakfast was great. Our room was clean, very accommodating, we needed to use the sofa bed and they brought up a mattress topper for us. Fitness center was great. Liked the small hotel feel. Great alternative if you can’t find a place right on Clearwater beach. 」

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「Room was clean, and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. Could have provided more towels in room. They did not provide cleaning or fresh towels, but it was the weekend. Parking was close to room and easy to find spot.」

「Great location downtown. Nice little "bed & breakfast" feeling property but each guest has their own room and access from outside along with private bathroom and small kitchen. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay their again.」

「We were very disappointed staying here after paying about $1500 for a week. Room service was terrible after repeatedly complaining they may just pick up the trash but room was not made up. Property was poorly maintained elevator not functioning for a day. Breakfast was ok but not much seating for the breakfast.」
