「The photos of the property in this hotel are not representative of all the rooms. The lowest rate rooms are very old and they have a musty odor. Some of the curtains have moth holes, and some are dirty. We had to upgrade to a suite because the first floor rooms did not measure up to the ad photos. They only renovated the part of the hotel that they show in the photos. The first floor rooms look like a very old motel. The hotel is across from the freeway. So first floor motel type rooms are...

「The room we got is facing the street. Very NOISY! Room stinks! The detergent hasn’t been washed up. I was choking and coughing at night! The fire alarms suddenly started to beep every 20-30 seconds. Based on my experience, the battery was gone. And when I call the front dest, they sent a stuff member to my room and just removed the fire alarm! Is that proper?」

「AC was cold ,room was very clean, staff was excellent, however the property itself looks tired and in need of cosmetic and maintenance upgrade.」

「I've been visiting this resort for over 20 years and love it so much! There were a few things I noticed during this visit though, that I was a little disappointed with. Front desk and spa desk staff all pretty much had a bad attitude. The bartenders and valet guys were great, however! And things (room, shower, deck, pool deck, and pool) in general felt dirty or unkept. The food was fantastic. We ate at both the pool and the restaurant near the front of the resort.」

「Super clean, no frills room, with a beautifully maintained property. Less than 5 minutes drive time from Baycare Sound. The price was VERY reasonable and the owners were not only helpful, they were extremely kind! No smoking on the property, but there's a grassy area next to the parking lot, which is only about 20 steps from most rooms.」

「Kind of a high end monastery in furnishings; hardly homey. Slipped in the shower twice in 2 days. Pool is a joke. Other than that if you can get a good rate from the hotel bargin brokers. it's OK.」

「We were very disappointed staying here after paying about $1500 for a week. Room service was terrible after repeatedly complaining they may just pick up the trash but room was not made up. Property was poorly maintained elevator not functioning for a day. Breakfast was ok but not much seating for the breakfast.」
