「There was a mix up with our room but was quickly adjusted and staff went out of their way to help up and get us to where we needed to be. We were very close to the pool and area restaurants. 」

「The staff was amazing and nice. The property looks prettier in pictures. The rooms were really run down, did not have iron and ironing board, had to request and they have limited office hours, so glad we caught that early enough. The kitchenette did not have a working stove top and we had plans to make dinner, bought food and couldn’t cook. Had to wait till the next day to get a h plug in hot plate which ruined our plans and cooked the next day to keep food from being wasted as it was fresh...

「Staying at Crystal Bay is like stepping back in time. You can feel the relaxed, low key, yet elegant atmosphere once you enter the lobby. The easy access electronic door system is the only reminder that you are not stepping back into the 1930's. You can sense the vibe of when the hotel was built. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were especially nice and helpful. Breakfast dining on the porch felt like the crazy world around us could wait. The crispy bacon was a smashing success....

「It was such a fantastic hotel and staycation with my BFF visiting from Chicago for my 60th. The only things that are odd is if you go to the pool and pool bar you are not allowed to bring any food or water in there. That was fine and not sure what they for families with kids and their snacks so it could be different. You also can't charge anything to your room so bring your CC to the pool. Other than that it was such an AMAZING hotel and if you are there on a Sunday make sure to go to the pool...

「Sign in was quick and not very informative. Room cleaning was to be every other day and our room was only cleaned 2days out of 7. Outdoor staff was wonderful, attentive and remembered your names. Jen and Ashley really made the stay worth it. Pool area was good but by 4th day it needed to be cleaned. Beach was small but beautiful. We were told our last day that the hotel next door that had a roof restaurant were shared hotels and we could use that . That food was wonderful vs hotel dinning was...

「I have a Tahoe; the parking is tight as there are many concrete columns in the parking area The electronic key failed to work twice, and I had to go back to the front desk each time for a new key」
