「I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. 「I booked this hotel for two nights, but after first night, the cleaning staff removed all of my belongings left in the room when I was out. After I found this, the staff told me that expedia only reserved my room for one night, and it proved later that their argument was wrong. Finally, they found my staff in their collection center. What a terrible management.」

「It was prefect location for getting to the airport. Transportation was available at all times to take us to the airport . Harry was great to work with when checking in and out. Staff were all very friendly. Definitely will stay there again when we are flying out. Was able to leave our car there with a reasonable fee.」

「Very nice and clean property. The elevators performed better this trip. You can’t beat the nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Plus the swim club, hot tub, sauna, steam room and other amenities make it the best place to stay in St Louis. Only complaint is ice and water for bottles. The fountains don’t work and haven’t in over a year, plus getting ice is like pulling teeth. But the food and everything else was great service at the hotel. Will stay again on future trips to St Louis.」

「This place was awesome. It was uniquely located on the university campus, which was beautiful. It provided great amenities, and I liked the convenience of the bar/restaurant. It was also SO close to public transit- it was maybe a 5 minute walk to the metro station. The room was comfortable, modern, and super clean. Staff was lovely. 」

「It was a really really good experience for the price, the cleanliness could use a very very very very slight touch up but outside of that I’d give it probably like a 8.7 out of 10」

「Stayed here for a week to explore the city, great location that has lots of dining and shopping nearby. The lot is too small for the property, though, and we got boxed in a couple times by guests and staff double parked. Continental breakfast was great with lots of healthy options. 」
