"Going to Mount Dora, this place is a must stay. It's a historic hotel so keep that in mind. The toilet is really small and the bathroom is that of a Hotel built in the last century. It all adds to the charm of this beautiful and historic place. Only bad thing I would say is that they should invest in better beds. The place is beautiful, unique, authentic, and definitely the place you want to stay at if you are visiting Mount Dora for the first time. The restaurant was very good and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. "

We were given a free upgrade to the club floor, which was very quiet, a nice perk for a restful night. The beds were comfortable. I had ground hats for cleanliness because a couple of small things in the room were not cleaned well, like drink rings on the dresser and something had been spilled on the small table in the room from a previous guest and was not cleaned before we arrived. The hotel breakfast was good, if not overpriced. Portions were huge, so sharing is suggested. "
