"The room was slightly stuffy and couldn’t change the air con settings very easily. Other than that everything was spotless, the staff were helpful the lady who booked us in was great and ordered me a taxi for a specified time. A very pleasant stay."

"The food and drinks are excellent especially the breakfasts. Unfortunately the rooms are being refurbished over time and ours was particularly tired with a part of the window structure missing. Overall the hotel is in an ideal place for a stay in Norwich and I would use it again!"

"No information on WiFi in room, but it was available. Staff pleasant and room clean. Hotel a little tired in places. Breakfast expensive so ate out. Noisy building work going on, could maybe have offered some sort of compensation, drink or breakfast perhaps. Also water in room, but unclear if this was complimentary or chargeable. Excellent location"

"At the price I paid for this I honestly wasn't expecting much but my friend and I had 2 rooms (front ground floor) and they were both excellent, clean and comfortable and I honestly could not fault them. I was worried that because of the rooms position it would be noisy, but no I had a great nights sleep. Position size its about10 mins walk from Carrow Road there is a good pub just across the road and also a cafe. The hotel has its own bar and provides breakfast but I didn't get the chance to use either but the bar looked ok and going on my experience of the staff I met I'm sure the breakfasts will be good. Parking:- there is no car park but street parking is free after 4pm till I think 9am. However if you need to park outside these times the hotel provided a parking permit for £5."

"Worst so called hotel ever,wouldn’t deem it fit for prisoners. Firstly took over an hour to access as there’s no staff on site despite claims there is staff. Smashed tv with broken glass,kettle didn’t work and kept switching off,no smoke alarm,huge crack in the outside pane of the window,hole in the bathroom door, the room was beyond freezing,shower didn’t work,uncomfortable bed full of springs,pillows paper thin,and no proper duvet just a paper thin shiny sheet. When staff did come in the morning they were beyond rude,just awful attitude.check out initially said 11 then changed to 10.30 despite the sign on the bedroom door still saying 11.00, at 9.30 staff were banging on the door demanding check out. The place should be condemned and knocked down not just closed down"
