「Charming property in a beautiful location with lovely grounds and a great Napa atmosphere. Unfortunately our room had a significant water-pressure issue throughout the stay. While staff offered access to another room for showering, we were disappointed that the only in-room solution offered was a paid upgrade or a down grade. At this price point we expected a more proactive resolution. It’s a shame because otherwise the property is delightful. And if they offer you room 17, say no.」

「Used to be our favorite, back in the slightly finkier past. Now, no soap in the shower, no handrail in the shower (code violation?), no hair dryer, nice drip over coffee, but nothing to heat the water with, no clean towels at the pool until we complained, etc. Used to be free snacks every day. Alas, no more. Dirty sitting at the pool. For the prices now charged, management needs to get their act together.」
