We were happy to find something available downtown, and overall, the hotel is beautiful, well maintained, and in a great location. The staff was also friendly and helpful. We chose the Archer partly because of the rooftop fire pits and what appeared to be a pool. Unfortunately, when we went upstairs, a private event had completely blocked access to the fire pit area, so we weren’t able to enjoy it. The “pool” was also a surprise, it’s really more of a very shallow water feature where you can dip your feet. It’s probably great for lounging and tanning, but don’t expect to swim. We also had an issue with our valet-parked vehicle. When we picked it up the next morning, there was a distinct smell inside that wasn’t there when we dropped it off. I spoke with the manager, Jose, who assured me he would look into it and follow up, but unfortunately, I never heard back. The hotel itself is lovely, and I would consider staying again. However, if you’re booking specifically for the rooftop amenities, I recommend calling ahead to confirm they’re available. Also, keep expectations realistic regarding the “pool” and be mindful when using valet."

"We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the easy access in and out. Room was comfortable, quiet, and had the basic amenities. One suggestion would be a complimentary coffee/tea station for guests. Otherwise a great location and easy walk to shops and restaurants."
