「We booked this hotel specifically for the pool and water park amenities. Discovered when we got here (it is not clear on their site) that there is a substantial fee to go to the water park and even use the pool. We also booked a family suite and were sad to find that the tv in the second sleeping area had been removed and there was nothing they could do. The gal at the desk when we arrived could do nothing and the manager in the morning was downright rude. I would not recommend staying here....

She kept waving some paper pamphlet at me and I told her that nothing about emotional support was mentioned. They could be for PTSD for all she knew. 「No amenities at all, bathroom has super thin bath towels I had to buy some my own the towels they have old stains with old blood spots sheets had some stains as well the bed super uncomfortable to sleep pillows has zero support I’ve stayed in many hotel/motels and this is by far the worse one ever」
