"The property was not what was portrayed on Expedia at all. I’m surprised they even had a 7.0 rating. It was absolutely a bad experience. You get what you pay for. No hot water, no clean amenities, very sketchy area, bath tub was not clean. I hate to leave this review but I would hate for someone to book it and then find out later like I did. They need to possible just remodel the entire thing. "

"Secure gated hotel. No elevators. Large room but dimly lit. Three lamps on the wall but they did not light up the room enough."

"This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Upon check in, there was no place to park. The staff member told me that there were going to be people leaving soon. We go up to the room, my son jumps in the shower. He gets out and there's no towels. Call downstairs. They tell me it'll be a wait for towels and we would be put on a list. EXCUSE ME???? The lady was very nice and I explained that my son was already in the shower. She ran up 2 towels. I looked outside and there is an entire party set up in the back parking area. It's 10pm and I have young kids who have to be up early for sports. The music is loud, they are riding around with loud music as well, slamming doors, yelling and shouting. Every time they fall asleep, someone knocks on our door and runs away. Seeing I had young kids with me, they should have informed me that this was going on. I would have accepted a refund and went literally anywhere else. I had to park my vehicle in a spot that it may get hit and the parking lot smells like weed. Again, 3 small kids. When I tried to leave they said I would have to pay 50% of the room because my son took a shower."

"We stayed in the sea view villa. The bedding was very dirty. There were orange spots all over the sheets and blankets. When I informed the front office, they said housekeeping would come fix it. Housekeeping showed up a day later with new sheets that just as bad as the first ones. There was someone’s left over food in the fridge. "

"The place stunk like weed so bad it infiltrated our room. Both room smelled like mildew and the bathroom was filthy."
