"Cleaning "

"The continental b-fast was very minimal. Had expected just a bit more, maybe something warm. The room was crowded w a recliner tore seat. They would benefit me by not having that in tune room since they had a desk and chair. Luv that the tv was big "

"Room was clean and what we expected"

"The property was ok, service was great, there is no window to the outside from the room which is a bit annoying but otherwise it was a safe place to stay and clean. Breakfast a bit lacking no yogurt or fruit."

"There are no vending machines in the hotel. The snack and drink items were slim picking. The breakfast was ok but the coffee machine was not working 2 of the 5 days we stayed there. Staff was great and very helpful. Would stay there again."

"Worked for what we needed"

"The property is very outdated and needs a really good remodel done. The breakfast was tolerable, but nothing to brag about. The front clerks were nice and accommodating. The hotel is not one I plan to stay at again. It is conveniently located right off I-10 and access to Canal St/Bourbon St was cool. This hotel has potential, but needs a company that is willing to do the work to update it with compassion and care that works best for the patrons."

"Based on the pictures the hotel appears to be fairly decent however I was highly disappointed. One of the elevators sounds like it needs maintenance and smells like mildew and needs a good cleaning. The hallways also smell like mildew. There was what appeared to be a dehumidifier in the hallway but was not turned on. I had to switch my room because the first one had standing water when I turned the shower on. The next room they moved me to was not any better. The room floor looked as if they needed to be mopped and there was mildew behind the bathroom mirror. The bathroom is also very small. The bed was hard and the mini sink in the room had rust spots on it. Overall the hotel is not as clean as it should be. The ceilings on yhe 8th floor has chipped paint that looks as if there should be some renovation taking place. I would not recommend. I tried to cancel m reservation but was not able to do so."

"The clerk at first stated that they did not have my reservation, which I had paid in full before my stay, but then was able to confirm after a bit more digging. The room was relatively clean, but the tub faucet in the bathroom dripped constantly and the bathroom door would not fully close. Other than that, it was a decent stay if you're in town for a couple of days and just need a place to lay your head and keep your things. It did have a pretty new view of the marina, but other than boats and some water, it's not much to see. "
