Room was very nice. Staff was just as nice and not nicer and the guy that checked me in was as cool as they come. I really appreciate all that they offer and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Tile floor grout needs deep cleaning;

Had to ask to change rooms due to that.
2nd room somewhat better. Room prices were elevated due to a golf tournament and not worth price we paid. This hotel was rated a four star but would only give it maybe a three. They are remodeling hotel at entrance which looked nice as you come in. Bathroom was clean except for floor grout.
