「Property is well managed! Darlene was very accommodating. Greeted in the am by a well dressed person. Things have changed over the years and I like it!!! Ps wished there was yogurts for breakfast lol」

「The pool was the only reason this hotel was chosen; all other hotels with pools were booked. Upon arrival, people were sitting outside and the pool was out of order. Should be required to list any amenities that are not usable on booking site.」

「I've stayed at days in before, and received great customer service. The staff was not helpful at all. I had several rooms because we were there foe a graduation. They had cheaper rates the day of and would not honor there current rate. The hotel rooms looked as if they were all under construction. Two of the rooms had broke. Faucets. The tub was filthy. Stains were on the sheets in two of the rooms. I will never stay at this location again.」

「I plan to stay again soon as we will be back to visit family. It is centrally located near the highway which is helpful. The staff were so friendly. There were a lot of families present. The pool and breakfast area looked very nice. The hotel hallways and stairwells were not very clean and looked shabby but when I got into my room, it was extremely clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfy, AC and TV, Fridge worked well. My sheets were a little stained but clean and smelled fresh. ...

「A bit expensive for one night, the pool was nice but the pool room shower did not work and the wood on the walls was rotten around the shower. The breakfast was nice they have a pancake maker that is push button, no messy pancake batter. Nice coffee machine, very good coffee! The other part of breakfast was average.」

「The hotel is in a good location and close to the highways. Staff barely makes eye contact with you especially the front desk staff that wouldn’t acknowledge you due to her being on her cell phone. Suite was nice, but shower backs up and shelves in tub are falling down. Half a roll of toilet paper and no soap in the kitchenette. Housekeeping was off due the holiday and garbage just sat in the hallways by room doors. Not worth the nearly $200 a night charge.」
