「A laid back atmosphere, that was clean, comfortable and very inviting. Austin is friendly and conscientious. He goes above and beyond for his guests. It’s a small place and easy for people to talk to one another. A nice vibe. We would definitely come back again if we’re in the area.」

「Super cute and peaceful location! I have never stayed in a motor Lodge before, and the convenience of having your car directly outside the room is insanely nice. I can see why it was such a popular design. The room was a bit dated, but very well kept, and the mattress older but not uncomfortable. The lodge has a small private beach a short walk down the hill, and you can borrow their kayaks for free! 」

The breakfast was delicious and the conversation around the table with complete strangers was fun, informative and very easy. 「This B&B was one of the highlights of our trip to Cooperstown. Not only was the historical building gorgeous and beautifully (painstakingly!) restored, but the entire staff was warm and welcoming. The breakfast was DELICIOUS (thanks, Chef!), the in room amenities were top quality, and the room itself was cozy and quiet. It’s walkable to the Baseball HOF and other Main Street attractions. We cannot wait to come back! Highly recommend! 」
