"Overall, it was good, but the flush valve was broken and there was no trash bag in the garbage can. Aside from that, everything was fine. The space was a bit tight, but I didn’t mind since I only stayed for one night."

"The breakfast was to expensive for the same food also there was no soap to bath with just lotion the dishes were still in the dishwasher also tjere were no hotel carts available only one for that big hotel now the staff all nice also ot was 845am and the housekeeping staff knocked on the door wanting to clean the room "

"I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at Marriott Hotels. For what is supposed to be a higher-end resort experience, the service and cleanliness were far below expectations. I couldn’t even enjoy the water because there were multiple lizards inside, which was shocking and unsanitary. The food was also disappointing — I ordered a chicken salad by the pool and it was clearly not fresh. My shower looked dirty, which made the room feel unclean and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, valet service was unacceptable. We waited around 30 minutes for our vehicle after paying $143, which is outrageous for the level of service provided. Overall, this was not a pleasant or relaxing stay, and for the price charged, I expected much higher standards in cleanliness, food quality, and customer service."

"Good stay for price and location. The room was fairly clean except shower, which was an easy fix. AC worked well and was turned on for check in. The staff were excellent."

Staff was accommodating, Great ambiance - The aroma of fresh roses wafted throughout the Property Fixtures were a little tired, To know fault of their own: street work going on that limited access to the Property. Disappointed that one of the 3 restaurants was in a steakhouse considering I was in Houston. We definitely stay with them again."
