I’m writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding my recent reservation. When I initially booked my flight and room together, the system failed to include a reservation for Saturday. Unfortunately, my flight was delayed, and I did not stay at the hotel on Friday. Despite this, I was still charged for the room as if I had stayed on Friday, even though I was not present and no accommodations were made for my delayed arrival.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and assist me in receiving a refund or credit for the night I was incorrectly charged for. I can provide supporting documentation, including my flight delay confirmation, if needed.
