I arrived at the hotel after days in ICU with my dad and then the day after he passed away. The staff was so helpful and made everything easy during my stay. Plans changed after my first night and the staff and manager took care of parking, checkout and more with such compassion. I appreciate how kind everyone was and that they even gave us an upgrade to a quiet room with a sunny view to cheer me up.

The room was very clean I would have appreciated more bedding for the pull out couch. We had to go down to the desk to get more. The breakfast was delicious. Lots of options. The first morning we were there it was very very busy and there was no where to sit and lots of food was gone but was refilled eventually. Overall a good experience. Good location and only a short uber to the NRG
