「nice stay, nice staff and very helpful. 」

「The location of the hotel was not really that convenient unless you wanted to be in the South Quay area. We arrived after mid night and the area airing the hotel was very quiet and next to a large flyover. The hotel staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. I didn’t particularly like the industrial vibe of the hotel but each to their own!!」

「I didn’t particularly like the fragrance they use for the room but I got used to it after the first day. There was a pool of water in the drawer of the cabinet housing the sink which I had to clean up but I suppose the fact that the bottom of the drawer is black meant it wasn’t easy to spot. In terms of location it’s not really that ideal as it’s a little far from the tram stop. I agree with sone of the other reviews commenting on the lack of choice and the sausages were quite hard.」

「The hotel is conveniently located, with a tram station just right in front of the main entrance. Lots of dining choices within 5 minutes walking distance. The overall maintenance of the premises is good, the high-speed WiFi service is unbeatable. The only two complaints are perhaps the (a bit) unstable supply of hot shower water, and the reading light in the master bed room couldn’t be fixed due to lack of spare parts. But in sum, a nice stay with friendly front desk and housekeeping staff.」

「Good location, just a lot of construction when I stayed and when I asked staff what ammenities they had ie slippers etc, they weren’t very helpful. Took asking 3 different people to get a proper answer」

「I was just finished 6 nights at this Hotel. The hotel room is spacious enough for my family of 2 adults and 1 kid. The hotel room can view four train tracks and riverside which’s quiet lovely, especially my son loves to see the trains. However, there was noise coming from outside during night and morning. If you needed quiet sleep, you need to consider of this. Kitchen was clean and old fashioned but not the pan for cooking was not good enough. No room service, breakfast needed to purchased...
