"Great room, clean with everything we needed. The booking process was simple and I liked how the room options included a floor plan overview. Room rates were very competitive and location is excellent for public transport. Also had parking as an option. Will stay again."

PARKROYAL Melbourne Airport

10/10 Excellent
"We had a fantastic stay at PARKROYAL. A special shout-out to Kenny at check-in, who was absolutely wonderful. He noticed we weren’t Pan Pacific Discovery members and took the time to sign us up so we could receive 10% off from dining. Such thoughtful, proactive service and a lovely way to start our stay! We stayed on Level 8 and our room was fantastic — spacious, comfortable and very well appointed. The shower was excellent, the amenities were great, and we really appreciated the bathrobes and slippers provided. There were just a couple of small housekeeping issues — a piece of rubbish had been left on the floor and a Diet Coke was missing from the minibar on arrival. However, these were minor things and certainly didn’t detract from how much we enjoyed the room and our overall stay. We would happily stay again and have re-booked. Thank you to the team, and especially Kenny for going that extra mile and making such a great first impression!"

ibis Melbourne Hotel and Apartments

ibis Melbourne Hotel and Apartments

8/10 Good
"I was fortunate enough to be upgraded into a corner apartment, so I had two bedrooms, a lounge and kitchen. Very generous, but I was travelling alone and didn't need the space. The room was a little tired, although nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. There was a blind missing in the lounge causing a lack of privacy between the bedroom and bathroom. I was on the 10th floor, but there are other tall buildings nearby. The restaurant was closed, but there were nice cafes and a pub nearby. The free tram was a one minute walk away, and that gets you around the CBD at no cost."
