"Clean, modern & quiet apartment & rooms. Right next to Enzo Ferrari’s museum . Check in was a bit badly coordinated and we had just 1 key but once we had contact all went well. The parking says we can stay only 2 hours so we moved the car around during the day but had no trouble during the night. But in all great apartment!! 17 minute walk to cathedral and restaurants and shopping. A great place to stay at a reasonable rate."

"Amazing stay. Our favorite stay of our Italy trip. Apartment is so large and comfortable and in a very nice area of town. 20 min walk to the historic center. Amazing gelateria across the street and the garage parking spot (though only for small cars) makes it very convenient. Easy street parking too. Very sparkling clean, bed comfortable. AC welcome in 100 degree heat wave. Wish we could have stayed longer and would definitely return if we are back in Modena."

"When we arrived it took the host some time to open the gate. We took a taxi as this place is quite far out from modena. When he opened the gate he did not help unload or ask how the journey was etc but was chatting with our taxi driver as we stood obviously waiting to get to our rooms. He then told us the restaurant on site is closed and so was the pool. It was early evening when we arrived. We asked if there is anywhere to get food and he said he would tell us where but then picked up a phone...

"Leider hat das mit dem Parkplatz nicht geklappt. Es hat keinen zugewiesenen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück wie auf Hotels.com vermerkt. Die Anweisung war unklar und zu spät. Wir irrten fast eine Stunde in der Altstadt von Modena umher und mussten anschliessend einen teuren Parkplatz bezahlen. Die Wohnung war ok und zentral."
