「Struttura pulita, ben tenuta, personale gentile, parcheggio incluso. Le stanze fronte strada sono più rumorose delle stanze interne, ma più che accettabile.」

「My stay was truly wonderful. The apartment is located in an easily accessible part of Bologna, just a short walk to everything you could possibly want to do and see. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. I loved having a nicely furnished kitchen for once on vacation. I would stay here again with no reservations whatsoever. 」

「We had booked one of the properties in the centre, but a boiler failure meant we had to be relocated to another property. This was seamless and well communicated and at no extra cost, but unfortunately the proeprty was a good 25 to 30 mins walk or a bus or taxi ride into the centre, which wasn't ideal and did cost us extra in taxi fares」

「Leider hat das mit dem Parkplatz nicht geklappt. Es hat keinen zugewiesenen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück wie auf Hotels.com vermerkt. Die Anweisung war unklar und zu spät. Wir irrten fast eine Stunde in der Altstadt von Modena umher und mussten anschliessend einen teuren Parkplatz bezahlen. Die Wohnung war ok und zentral.」

「I loved this apartment, very clean, pleasant, kind of luxury, very good location, close to the Bologna Centrale, very well recommended, i will come back 1000 times, i just love it 」

「 Great location for walking to all the sites. Comfortable apartment. It was a little dirty and dusty. No extra garbage bags were provided and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. Also the faucet on the sink was not attached properly.」
