"Was there for a nine day stay. House keeping regularly forgot to refill amenities. Had to call front desk almost daily for something. Men and women’s public restrooms had broken toilets. No sign of any repairs being done. Hotel staff performed outstanding during typhoon to ensure safety and as much support to customers as possible. Maybe hotel should consider opening dining area for dinner during contingencies. Walking to Dusit Thani for one dining source was limiting as it was at an expensive Thai restaurant. Hotel had limited parking which was used by staff and taxis. Taxis company had more cars in the garage than slots already reserved. Staff should use the large parking garage at the Dusit Thani next door. Though improvements could be made, overall a positive experience and the King Suite Front Beach is an outstanding room and great view. Definitely, worth staying there again."

"The rooms were nice, you can tell they actively work to improve the place. The staff were awesome. We got stuck here for typhoon Bavi of course there were some issues from it but overall it did very well and we were never uncomfortable despite the conditions outside."
