Guam Plaza is a nice hotel, just old and a bit faded. Rootz restaurant is very good with excellent service. Very good location in the heart of Tumon and a good deal at $115 per night.

I was really impressed with the value for money here. My deluxe room in the “3rd phase” tower was very nice and modern, with wood/laminate floor and finishes that didn’t have any mustiness. My every other day room cleaning was great. The bed was comfy, the staff courteous. It may not have all the glam of some of the newer resorts but it was quite nice. I will say there were a small amount of tiny microscopic ants sometimes around the desk, but I think that is a Guam thing, and nowhere else in the room. Make sure not to eat in the room, or if I did I would store the wrappers in the fridge until room cleaning day to avoid anything that attracted ants. I would stay here again for sure. Super courtious staff, recently renovated and nicely appointed.

Lovely room. Up to date refresh, no carpet. Very comfortable bed. Air Con controlled by a remote control. Richard at the front desk gave amazing service assisting me with adding days to my stay after my flight was canceled. Wonderful service.

The room was clean and comfy, but the hotel is old. The water from the air conditioner leaked down to the counter. You can hear the guest walking outside the door and toilet flushing.
