Great price and space convenient for our family. Wasn't the first time we stayed there. We enjoyed our stay, need some touch up renovations. And even though tiles need to be replaced atleast clean floors would be nice! Also under beds and tables too. Some staff were nice and some moody. It's nice to have welcoming professional staffs especially when traveling away from home and with your family.

I requested a condominium type accommodation because I was traveling with my elderly parents. I wanted to keep costs down as I stayed for 6 nights. So this hotel was suitable for that. However, I was disappointed that there were not enough cooking utensils. The staff were very kind and pleasant. I would like to have a room facing the pool if possible. thank you.

Pleasant stay overall! The place is a bit tired and outdated but it’s really not too bad. Front desk and housekeeping staff members are great! I had an issue with my room location and Ms. Deandra Flores truly went above and beyond to accommodate me and ensure my stay was as comfortable as possible. Ms. Tracey also helped provide timely and professional customer service regarding a separate issue that occurred during the visit. The hotel is in a prime location, as it’s close proximity of a local gym, stores, restaurants, and multiple shopping stores (K-Mart is right up the hill). I would come back!

Great room! Great Price! 2 twin size bed and 1 king bed 2 bathrooms with dining table, tall fridge, kitchen if you want to cook, utensils, pot, pan, cups, toothbrush in case you didnt bring yours, and couch with tv and small patio. Staff was great service although we checked in at recommended time. Room wasnt ready until 2 hours later which sucked but they accommodated us with late check out. Also the tv remote wasnt working and we only had one aircon remote for both aircons. It was ok because the aircon remote worked for both ac units. We called front desk but service was slow to come check our tv remote and give us another ac remote so we just canceled our request to get one and just informed them of the situation so we dont get charged. Also the fridge didnt close good but still kept drinks cold. Besides that everything was great and we would stay here again! Thank you!
