A few days before my trip, the trip had to be rescheduled for September. The room didn't have a refund option, so I was fully charged for the room.
I understand that the cancelled trip was not their problem, but, as this was before the trip would have occurred, I was hoping they could assist me. I sent a message to Hyatt asking them to consider rescheduling me for September instead of just charging me for a stay that wouldn't occur. I sent 3 messages and they completely ignored me.
I go to Guam frequently and wanted to try the Hyatt. However, there is no point in trying out the Hyatt any longer, as their lack of response tells me all I need to know about how they value customers.
