"It stated this motel was wonderful. It wasn’t the reception area was old, the breakfast was not good. Same food everyday. The coffee machine didn’t work one day. The rooms were clean but the staff didn’t clean our rooms for 3 days. One day asked for towels and they said didn’t have any. The pool area was nice"

"Staff was quick to respond to room issues. The refrigerator wasnt working. Our room had a bad "air freshener" odor. They set up an ionizer which made it much better but we couldnt fbe on oir room for over an hour. We are moving from Arizona to Washington. We are very tired so this was an inconvenience. "

"We felt the rooms were older and need some updating. The dinner - we had to ask for the country fried steak to be recooked as it was tough and the gravy was runny. The location was good - close to Bryce. But if there were other accomodations we would have chosen something else. "

"Thought the property was located in a perfect position to restaurant choices and great shops. The shuttle was great and came frequently to get us to the park entrance. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was such a great spot outside and so refreshing after a hike. The deer on the grounds were an added bonus! Breakfast was very good and the gift shop and ice cream were wonderful! "
