The Riv was wonderful! We enjoyed these small mini homes and it was exactly what we needed with all the luxuries and comforts one would want in the desert. We were able to cook, and the view from our patio was beautiful! Enjoyed every minute of our stay.

I loved that the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of pots, pans, Tupperware, etc. I found the saran wrap and foil to be super useful. Everything was super clean! Looking forward to seeing the pool and hot tub!

In close proximity to Zion Tubing, Zion Mineral Pools, Fort Zion, Springdale, UT and Zion National Park. Very well maintained. Melissa and Jeff were very accommodating and easily reachable for any questions.

the place was fantastic! it had all the things you’d need in a kitchen. plenty of towels, and especially clean. also, rather quiet. my only gripe is that there should be a bigger sign at the entrance because it’s really easy to miss - light or dark out. overall, i would definitely recommend it.

Beautiful property, the room felt like home. Bed was very comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies, just gotta bring your own food! The noise level was 0 as you have no one above you or in a room next to you. The Roku TV had plenty of options to kick back and relax to, just a very pleasant stay in gorgeous southern Utah!

Beautiful brand new little tiny homes! Loved the loft upstairs so my sister and I could sleep in, although it’s suited best for short adults or kids as the ceiling is low and you cannot stand. Tons of storage up there though! Great location to drive up to Zion, about 20 min and 25 min drive south to St. George. There was some food in other town nearby and it’s pretty to view the other Bison resort below this one that had the tee-pees. The kitchen here is well stocked and great to have! We cooked dinner almost every night here. The only downside of this place (not a big deal) is there isn’t much walking around area, you’re here for your little house mainly.

My recent stay at The Riv at Zion was one of the most memorable travel experiences I’ve had—peaceful, scenic, and nearly flawless. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Tucked just minutes from the entrance of Zion National Park, The Riv offers both convenience and tranquility. The surrounding views of red rock cliffs and the Virgin River are nothing short of spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset. If you’re here for hiking or sightseeing, the proximity can’t be overstated—some mornings I was on a trail within 15 minutes of waking up. The cabin-style accommodations were modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. I loved the mix of rustic charm and upscale finishes—comfy beds, high-end linens, a well-equipped kitchenette, and a cozy outdoor patio area where I could unwind under the stars. The fire pit by the river was a nice touch and perfect for relaxing after a long day in the park. Staff were warm, responsive, and helpful. Check-in was seamless, and their website had great local recommendations for restaurants. Overall, The Riv at Zion is a gem—peaceful, picturesque, and close to everything you need.
