Felt not safe

We stayed on the first floor with floor-to-ceiling widows faced to the parking lot. And the room door didn't have security chain lock. (It's removed and left mark on the door frame). We felt not safe. Breakfast was fine but tips were mandatory. The but stop of the shuttle to Zion NP is just in front of the hotel that is convenient.

Awesome place to stay. They would improve breakfast buffet instead of serving in Porters restaurant, as it’s taking more timing for getting the seats. Overall it’s very good and pleasant stay.

The staff was great! The breakfast was a very nice inclusion. I do think the rooms could use a bit of updating specifically the bathrooms. I think they could benefit from a little love. But other than that, this place was good for what we needed.

Cute room, great breakfast, central location! Room was clean, amazing view in the morning, heating was good. Breakfast is actually coupons of restaurant so it feels very real. Only negative for us was not so hot spa which we were really looking forward after a strenuous hike!

The room was spotless and beds were comfortable. The staff accommodated our late arrival as we got there around 11pm. The views when we woke up were spectacular. Enjoyed seeing the animals too. The breakfast was the best of our week in Arizona. Will highly recommended to anyone visiting Zion.

Our room was nothing fancy, but it was clean and everything worked. The staff was friendly and helpful, and come on, it's Springdale, just outside of Zion, it's gorgeous there. I don't know whose property is behind the Bumbleberry Inn, but we enjoyed visiting the ducks, turkeys, sheep, pigs and goats in the morning! The hot tub was great after a day of hiking!
Zion is a photo op around every curve

The view from the room was breathtaking. If you’re allergic to fragrances be warned they have a device which periodically sprays a perfumed mist into the hallway. The staff disabled the device for me which I really appreciated. Other than the annoying fragrance sprayer, the stay was wonderful.

The front desk staff was v helpful, allowing me to park bef my room was ready (parking at the Visitors Ctr was packed) and giving me essential info about the shuttles. Enjoyed being able to use the outdoor hot tub pretty late and being able to get my bkfst to go at Porters. The room was good and it was easy to park nearby

The staff were very responsive to an issue in our room. The front desk ladies were delightful and were an immense help in figuring out our timetable to get back to Vegas for our flight (given the time zone change). The location is very close to the park and other amenities you can’t beat the view of the Watchmen (mountain range behind the hotel). My only minor recommendation would be a top sheet on the bed and a little updating (carpet, furniture) but o would stay there again, for sure!!!
